#andegreeshowtakeover by @fk.art ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ There are lots of ambitious works on show at ECA, but none so ambitious as Rohanie Campbell-Thakoordin’s “Country the Country”. Challenging the nature and limitations of artistic practice, Campbell-Thakoordin endeavours to establish a new nation built on cooperative values, independent learning and more pink tinsel than you can shake a colour-coordinated stick at. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ The Edinburgh College of Art degree show continues until Sunday the 10th of June – and if you’ve enjoyed my takeovers, don’t forget to follow me at @fk.art ! Big thank you to a-n for making this opportunity happen, and to everyone whose work I’ve enjoyed on my (admittedly hectic) wee tour. – FK xx ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ #andegrees18 #ecadegreeshow #edinburghcollegeofart #countrythecountry #rohaniecampbellthakoordin #installationart #participatoryart #performanceart #videoart #pink
